These terms apply to your use of Soheil at https://soheil.fi. By using the site you accept them.
What Soheil is
Soheil is a non-custodial interface. It finds routes through third-party bridges and exchanges and prepares transactions that you review and sign in your own wallet. Soheil never holds, controls or can move your funds, and cannot reverse a transaction once it is on a blockchain.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and the transactions you sign.
- Check every transaction in your wallet before signing, including amounts, networks and addresses.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax rules.
- You may not use Soheil if you are subject to sanctions or located where its use is prohibited.
Third-party protocols
Routes are executed by independent smart contracts and services (for example LI.FI, Rango, bridges, exchanges and lending protocols). They carry their own risks, including smart-contract bugs, delays, price movement and failures. Soheil does not control them and is not responsible for their behavior.
Quotes and fees
Quotes are estimates and can change before a transaction is confirmed. Network costs, protocol fees and any Soheil service fee are shown before you sign. Slippage limits protect you from large price changes but not from every loss.
XP, levels and badges
XP, levels and badges are a loyalty feature. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not a promise of any token, airdrop or payment. Rules may change between seasons, and XP obtained through abuse may be removed.
No advice
Nothing on Soheil is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose money.
Availability and liability
Soheil is provided as is, without warranties. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Soheil is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of third-party protocols.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version on this page applies from the moment it is published.
